4-Day Easy Exchange

Not the right size? No worries! You can exchange your jersey within 4 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Exchange

1. Email support@velocejersey.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
2. Our team will confirm and send a pickup link within 24 hours.
3. Pack the item in the original packaging and hand it to the courier.
4. Your replacement will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving the return.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Custom printed jerseys (with name/number)
• Items that have been washed or worn
• Items without original tags and packaging

Refund Policy

We currently offer exchanges only (no direct refunds). If the same product isn't available in your preferred size, we'll issue store credit valid for 6 months.
